I served the short ribs on pasta and made a herby vinaigrette to top a garden salad. Seriously delish!

An Ode to Frappuccinos

I’m 39 years old, and I have wanted children as long as I can remember. Despite my love of science and math, I am the quintessential girly girl – I played with dolls, I always wore dresses, and I dreamt of a knight in shining armor who would slay my dragons. And finally, after years of bad dates and worse relationships, I finally met the one who wanted the same things as me. (He doesn’t slay dragons, but he kills bugs, which is a more practical skill.)

I’m trying to watch my carbs, but not give up flavor. I was inspired by my mom’s amazing stuffed zucchini, but wanted something a little easier for my Monday night meal. Overall, this was a huge win! You only need a cutting board, knife, spatula or wooden spoon, and a big pot or pan. I love garlic and onions, and I will always err on the side of adding more rather than less. If you don’t love garlic, you are obviously a vampire, but you can cut back or omit it altogether.
